Exchange Process:
Should you require a different size or if there’s a defect with your item, we’re here to help with exchange. Here’s how it works:

2.Please ensure the item is returned within 3 days of delivery, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Damaged or altered items will not be accepted.
3. Custom-sized or designed items are non-refundable, as they are specially made for you. However, we’re happy to assist with exchanges for sizing issues.
4. Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the item, not including the original delivery cost. Refunds are not available for sale items, but exchanges are offered, with any price difference refunded as store credit.
5. To process an exchange, provide us with your order number, photos of the item, and any relevant information that can help us understand the issue.
6. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility for exchange, we’ll initiate the process within 48 hours. Reimbursements typically take 4 – 7 working days to reflect in your original payment method.
Please Note:
- Order cancellations are only possible before shipping. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- We highly recommend checking our sizing chart before placing an order to avoid sizing issues.
- Colors may slightly differ due to variations in screen resolution.
